Five problems that cost
you money every week
None of these are caused by working badly. They are caused by information sitting in separate places, so a person has to carry it between them. That is the problem we solve, and it is the reason the AI can do the rest.
Unfilled shifts cost you the client, not just the shift
You know which people could cover it. Finding out which ones will means calling one at a time in an order somebody holds in their head. The shift that goes unfilled is the one the client remembers.
One expired credential is a compliance finding
Registrations, certifications and right-to-work documents all expire on their own schedule. Expiry is only visible if somebody opens the folder and looks, and the one that gets missed is what an audit finds.
Billing errors reach the client before you catch them
Time against work against invoice, line by line, every pay run. The mismatches are a small fraction of the rows, and they are the ones that turn into a disputed invoice and a slow payment.
Coordinators spend the day answering lookups
Shift confirmations, availability, pay queries. Every one of those calls is something the worker or client could see for themselves, and every one interrupts somebody who was filling a shift.
Nothing you update is updated everywhere
The schedule says one thing, the compliance folder another, the timesheet a third. Every change has to be entered more than once, on a desktop and on somebody’s phone, and the copy that gets missed is the one that causes the problem.
